Butterflies

Dedicated to Christie and Chris DeHay on their Wedding Day

Butterflies up swept, across the skies
embracing freedom, rising high,
boundless joy released in flight.
Colors, splashed aloft, afloat like kites.

Butterflies soaring with Wings outspread,
gliding, sliding on this, God's firmament. 
Air brushed in hues of splendor dressed
upon their wings God has expressed
His artistry and gracefulness.

Renews our faith, our souls, sweet thankfulness.

Glorious! Harmony, Peace! Heaven Kissed. 
Butterflies flying on the wings of prayer.
Kaleidoscopes of color fill the air.
Fluttering gently on the breath of He
adrift, uplifted in God's majesty.

Our hopes set free! Reborn are We!

Promises made and kept
Fill our hearts with wonderment.
God speaks to us,
"Believe in me, keep faith with me.
I am the Way."
MY Father! Let us pray. 
Let us rejoice this day!
For Butterflies are all of We,
free to abide in Peace and sweet belief with THEE.
