Background by Mary Garrren Morand In the beginning Praeter, The Crystal Star and the Sky, its province, were One being, the "I AM". Then the "I AM" spoke the first word for the first time, "BE." And the first Thunder was heard as the Crystal Star erupted. It ruptured, thunder rumbling, echoing across the sky as it shattered into separate crystals! Dividing and subdividing itself, upon each subsequent explosion and sending many streaks of light Energies and their Spirits into the Sky until the Crystal Star, the I AM, became "The Universe." The Father of this Universe spoke again, "FIRE" he said. And with that sculpted the Sun from the raw power unleashed in Praeter's explosion. Unruly, untamed, flames danced along the outside of the Sun's fiery red dress as burning pieces of the original star, converged into an inferno of searing heat and brilliant, blinding light. It blazed, roared and raged from that moment forth, a thriving, driving force in the Universe! Then The said "Dark" and immediately pulled from the Sun, its shadow, said "Shade" and drew a circle of afterglow within it and the "Moon" was born. "Tempus" said the drawing a fine line, the time line between the Sun and The Moon. "The Sun be of the Day, the Moon be of the Night. Two extremes of Light and this median line, laying between the two, combined of Night and Day, Sun and Moon, now, be called "Twilight." The, Spirits of these three delineations "In Time" were then named Dawn, Eve and Twilight, "The Spirits of Time, The Spirits of Light." He once, again divided these spirits pulling forth from their shadows, as he had done the Sun, their counterparts the spirits: Raye, Lunar, and Antiquity. Then the I Am said "Water" and created Nimbus and Rain these to move through the Universe to counter "Fire". This be the Yin and Yang of all things. Light and Shadow, two halves to the whole.
